About Me

Your Partner in Professional Growth

With over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry and a coaching qualification since 2013, I’ve had the privilege of combining my professional expertise and passion to help individuals and businesses unlock their full potential.

I started my career as a precocious 22-year-old with a first-class business degree, eager to make a difference. Within 18 months of joining my first broker, I earned a leadership position and continued to thrive, taking on larger teams and greater responsibilities. Recognised as a high achiever, I was placed on a talent management programme and soon headhunted by an ambitious independent broker to manage their private client team.

This role was a turning point. It allowed me to embrace new challenges and opportunities, including gaining a qualification at Henley Business School’s prestigious Essentials of Management programme. From there, I was headhunted again, this time to my dream role as Head of London Art and Private Clients at Hiscox.

At Hiscox, I had responsibility for £60m in gross written premium (GWP) and managed a team of talented underwriters and ambitious professionals. Under my leadership, the region consistently exceeded sales targets, and I found immense satisfaction in developing and supporting my team's career aspirations.

In 2012, after the birth of my first child, I transitioned to a part-time sales role. By 2013, I joined a coaching programme aimed at improving the sales performance of development underwriters. It was here that I discovered my true passion for coaching. I worked with regional teams, witnessing their growth in confidence, performance, and service delivery - a truly rewarding experience.

In 2018, my family and I embarked on a new adventure, moving to the South of France. While I took a step back from the insurance world, I remained deeply connected to my passion for coaching and personal development. With the rise of virtual meetings and remote working, I re-joined the insurance community in 2023, working with Camelot Consulting, an insurance-focused management consultancy.
