With over 25 years in the insurance industry and more than a decade as a qualified coach, I’m passionate about helping people and businesses achieve their highest potential. My career began after graduating, quickly progressing into leadership roles where I thrived on developing teams and exceeding targets.
Highlights include managing a £60m portfolio at Hiscox, building high-performing teams, and driving consistent growth. Alongside coaching, I am a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner, which deepens my ability to support mindset, performance, and leadership development.
As an independent coach and consultant, I work with rising stars and leaders across the insurance industry - helping them unlock growth, enhance confidence, and achieve measurable success. I’m focused on adding real value at the pivotal points in a person’s career, so they can fully realise their skills, ambitions, and potential.
